Job Overview:
We are offering a Copywriter Trainee Program (3-Month Traineeship) designed to provide aspiring copywriters with real-world experience in a fast-paced agency environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to creative copywriting, campaign ideation, and storytelling for top brands. High-performing trainees will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time Junior Copywriter position upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit ad copies, social media posts, emailers, and website content
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and pitch decks
• Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining brand voice and creative accuracy
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to execute campaigns
• Research trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights to craft impactful messages
• Proofread and refine content to ensure high-quality, error-free delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduates or final-year students in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• Excellent writing skills with a creative and conceptual mindset
• Interest in advertising, branding, and storytelling
• Ability to adapt to various brand voices and campaign goals
• A team player who can collaborate effectively and accept constructive feedback

Location & Work Type:
Hyderabad, Telangana · On-site · Internship (3 Months)

Stipend:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Post-Internship Offer:
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) available for high performers
CTC on conversion: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
