Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance across all platforms. This role plays a key part in building our brand’s online presence, driving engagement, and optimizing marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand tone and style
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media to attract and retain customers
• Write, review, edit, and update marketing materials, blogs, and newsletters
• Execute email marketing campaigns and design marketing materials such as flyers and posters
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, and design) for cohesive campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), and email marketing
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content and campaigns
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Location & Work Type:
Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana · On-site · Full-time · Permanent

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
