Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting sales and marketing functions including lead generation, client communication, promotional campaigns, and market research. This internship offers hands-on learning and the opportunity to contribute to business growth through creative strategies and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to promote and sell company products and services
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to convert them into opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends
• Create and share engaging promotional and social media content
• Support client communication, relationship management, and feedback collection
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaign goals
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and promotional events

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience or interest in sales and sales management
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
• Ability to participate actively in training sessions

Location & Work Type:

Salary / Stipend:
₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
